We both come from Cape Town and after living and working in London for 3 years, decided it was high time to come back home and open the guesthouse we'd been planning and working toward for so long.
Andrew has worked within the tourism industry since 1992, and gained experience in all facets of tourism, from front office meeting and greeting through to managing and running accommodation establishments, to arranging and coordinating tours. He is extremely well informed and can advise you on tours, sightseeing and restaurants in and around Cape Town. His hobbies include surfing, mountain biking and last but definitely not least, collecting and studying butterflies. He is currently studying for a degree in environmental management. Taryn has trained as a graphic designer and specialised in photography. She has gained a wide variety of experience, from desk top publishing through to public relations and marketing, and bit of web design on the side. Her hobbies are photography, sewing and beadwork, interior design, painting, surfing and badminton.Together we have successfully realised our dream of starting Bluebottle Guesthouse, and hope to go on to make it one of the most well renowned establishments on the map.'
