Going Topless

Now this is something I can highly recommend. Andrew and I spent 2 glorious hours on the top deck of one of the Cape Town Sightseeing buses. We were celebrating 16 years of marraige, and did the Peninsula Tour - one of a few options.

We did the last one of the afternoon, leaving from the waterfront, and returning to that point. We did not "hop off" because it was the last bus of the evening, but it was such a blissful balmy evening, and I had packed a picnic basket, complete with champagne, cheese, olives and all the trimmings. Simply fabulous!

The staff are awesome, Sipho raced us up Long street from one bus to the next as we almost missed the last bus doing the Peninsula Tour for the evening. The winelands tour seems like a good option for a decadent afternoon travelling from one wine tasting to the next. Just do it!
