Surf report...

Muizenberg is a fantastic surfing destination, with warm water, long rides and plenty of space along a beautiful stretch of coastline. Works best on North Westerly winds with a Southerly swell. There are plenty of surf shops on the beachfront hiring out gear, for the beginner to the more experienced surfers.
